* Have your government issued photo ID ready
* Have your bank login details ready to go – For income and rental payment verification.
There is a $45 fee for the application that includes the background and credit check.
If you chose to skip through parts of the application/ verifications you will hold up your application and may miss out the house you wanted.
You will also require:
* Your co-applicants/roommates’ names and email addresses (if you have any) so that all applications are kept together.
If you do not have any US government-issued ID or are not a citizen, a Supplemental Rental Application for Non-U.S. Citizens will be required along with your passport and I-94
If you have no verifiable rental history or income you will require a guarantor and/or possibly an increased Security Deposit
